This maintenance update improves Reachability handling. It implements the improvements in DTFoundation made to DTReachability.

Also there is now a 5 second additional delay on Auto-Sync to make it even more likely that the server DNS can be resolved. The previous version of DTReachability would only monitor IP connectivity, the updated version monitors reachability of apple.com. Hopefully that solves the problem
